Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will incur a 50% fee or result in the forfeiture of the class fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled class without prior notice, the class fee will be forfeited. Multiple no-shows may lead to booking restrictions. Packages: For class package holders, a session will be deducted for late cancellations or no-shows. Timely cancellations will allow for rescheduling. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage class sizes effectively. Thank you for your understanding and support.
